Gift certificate tracking isn't supported within the program but you can add them as a form of payment by going to the Main Menu > Other Modules > Data Administration > Sales Payment Types > click New Record down below and type Gift Certificate as the name. Now go back to the Main Menu and you can proceed to write up sales invoices specifying Gift Certificate as a form of payment.
