Performing a “hard upgrade” to your copy of InBloom
A “hard upgrade” requires exporting your data out of an older copy of InBloom and into a new fresh copy. All of your data is imported except for your serial number and your InBloom usernames and passwords. If your computer crashed multiple times during an InBloom process or InBloom has given you warnings about your files being damaged and needing to use the “Recover” command, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND you perform a hard upgrade. Occasionally, bug fixes may also require a hard upgrade to guarantee that InBloom runs as it should.
