1) The menu of basic functions is on the left side. Quickly jump into action without being overwhelmed 2) Customize this screen to have your company logo.

Inventory

Add items to consignor inventories, keep track of markdowns, categorize inventory, and more. Watch an audio/video tour on managing your inventory

1) A simple toolbar at the top holds most of the commonly used functions 2) Switch between views related to inventory through the row of tabs at the top 3) A powerful Google-like search function is built into the Inventory database 4) Any click on an inventory item shows the appropriate consignor name and address at the bottom 5) Quickly and easily see the # of pieces received and the # of pieces available.

Printing Tags & Contracts

Print contracts, price tags, and other customizable prints from any Inventory screen. Watch an audio/video tour on printing basics

1) Choose a type of printout from the default options or from the list of custom printouts. 2) Pro users can save printouts as PDFs and attach them to emails with just one click.

Buyers & Consignors

Track buyers and consginors contact info, purchase history, payment history, miscellaneous notes. Print mailing labels in a single click.

1) View & edit basic contact details here – if you need to view purchase history, payment history and more, you can click on the Detailed Info button 2) Keep track of other details such as email addresses – clicking the envelope icon creates a pre-addressed email in your default email application 3) Print a single mailing label or multiple mailing labels to a label printer such as a Dymo LabelWriter

Sales

Write sales, browse sales, write layaway sales, track split payments, email and/or print receipts.

Above: 1) Straightforward start screen keeps it simple: write a new sale, look at the last sale, & search for pending layaway sales 2) Your logo keeps your sales screen branded 3) Jump easily between multiple pending sales (when managing multiple transactions simultaneously at a single station)

Above: 1) Manage basic functions through the button toolbar at the top 2) Manually type or barcode scan the item # while also being able to modify the tax rates charged 3) Price can be automatically looked up from your inventory or you can enter it manually, depending on your settings 4) If a buyer is flagged as tax-exempt, a visual cue appears on the invoice 5) Link an existing buyer to the invoice or add a new one – you can make any basic contact info changes using the Edit Buyer button.

1) Easily specify which form of payment is being used from the customizable payment list 2) Easily modify the payment amount – InBloom will auto-calculate the balance due.

Send “Tweets” to your Twitter.com account direct from InBloom. You can update your status with any text or you can have InBloom auto-Tweet particular Inventory items. Watch an audio/video tour of using Twitter in InBloom
